We have had many requests to put together another Bethel tour, and we have heard you "loud and clear".  So, we have put together one more Bethel Motor coach tour for 2020.  Unfortunately, we had to cancel it because of COVID-19.  We will hopefully, try again in 2021. See Motorcoach Tours for more information and a sample of what we typically include, on our reservation form.

Have you got your passport yet? US passport requirements have been finalized. Set prices are here...

The current passport requirements, the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI), as of June 1, 2009,  requires most US Citizens traveling via land or sea, to have a valid US Passport Booklet, US Passport Card, or other document approved by the DHS.  Certain exceptions apply to all children under the age of 16 and adults traveling "closed loop" cruises, which are when you depart and arrive to the same US port.  In such cases, you may still continue to use proof of citizenship, such as a copy of birth certificate and (for age 16+) also a government issued photo ID, "until further notice".   If a cruise begins and ends at 2 different US ports or at any foreign port, WHTI compliance is required.  It is highly recommended that all US and Canadian Citizens use either a passport, valid at least 6 months after travel date, or the passport card to exit and return to any US border via land and sea only.  Don't find yourself unprepared and miss out on a wonderful international vacation. Go to the US Dept. of State's website for further passport details at: Passport requirement info or get passport application information at: Passport application.  The prices of new and renewal applications are now set. If you have not gotten your passport, NOW is the time to do it.

AS OF September, 2014 (updated as of 2/17/2020)

The cost:  Age 16 and older: The passport book fee is $110 and execution fee is $35. The total is $145.  Passport card is $30 and execution fee of $35. The total is $65.

Renewals: $110 (book) and $30 (card).

Under Age 16: The passport fee is $80 and execution fee is $35. The total is $115.  Passport card is $15 and execution fee $35. The total is $50

Expedited service is available for an additional $60, per applicant.

***NOTE ***Avoid any travel delays or complications and increased prices, by completing your passport application well in advance of travel.

We recommend that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. Travel protection plans typically include coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay, and more.  To be eligible for the waiver of pre-existing medical condition exclusions, the protection plan of your choice, must be purchased with a designated time from the initial deposit (usually 15 days), of that specific plan. Please check the coverage details for specific information. However, all plans can be purchased at any time prior to departure.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) Trip Protection Coverage update:  Please note, that most travel protection plans that we offer, with the exception of ones offering the "Cancel For Any Reasons" clause will NOT cover failure to travel due to fear, government travel advisories, and destination being inaccessible due to the illness. However, insureds are still eligible for Trip Cancellation/Interruption coverage in the event they are prevented from taking their trip due to one of the other reasons listed in your specific plan.

If an insured or Travel Companion contracts the Coronavirus or is physically quarantined while coverage is in effect, they are eligible for trip cancellation/trip interruption coverage, based on their plan. The sickness must be certified by a physician at the time of cancellation/interruption.

An insured is also eligible for Emergency Medical/Evacuation coverage if the insured contracts the Coronavirus while traveling.

Typically, if travel arrangements are cancelled by the supplier, change fees or cancellation fees are often times waived by them. In such case, it may be possible to have the travel protection plan you purchased applied to another trip on a new date of travel.
